How it works

Register once with your name and WhatsApp number, at the counter or on your phone from the Register link on our website. Then give your number at the counter and the staff start the timer on a free table.

Our homepage shows every table live: free, in play or paused, with the running time. It updates every few seconds straight from the counter, so if it says free, it's free.

You pay by the minute at the hourly table rate, with 20% off every game's table charge. Drinks and snacks you order are added to your bill. When the frame ends, the staff record the winner and the table charge is split the way you agreed: the loser pays, you split it, or one player pays.

On WhatsApp. It shows your time, the charges, any items, your previous balance and the total. It has a link to a bill page with a UPI QR code that already has the amount filled in, so you can pay in a tap with any UPI app.

Your account keeps a running balance. Anything unpaid stays on it and shows on your next bill. Please clear it regularly. Club rewards are only given when you pay on time.

The counter can move an amount from one player's account to another's, for example when someone loses a decider frame. Both accounts show the transfer and the reason.

Regular players can be approved as club members by the hall. Members get a personal login link on WhatsApp. There's no password: open the link once on your phone and you're in.

Who is playing on each table, everyone's monthly rank, the full ranking, your own balance and history, your wallet, your bookings, and your month-end reward. You can also add a profile photo, which appears next to your name in the ranking and on the tables.

Every frame settled at the counter counts, for every registered player. Players are ranked by wins, then win rate. Each day's top three get extra discounts. The ranking resets on the 1st of every month, so everyone gets a fresh chance.

Every game's table charge is 20% off, straight away on your bill. Tea, coffee and other items are always at menu price. Every day, the top three players of that day get more: 27% in total for 1st place, 25% for 2nd and 23% for 3rd. The extra comes off that day's table charges when you clear your balance the next day. You get a WhatsApp message with your rank and how much you save. Late payments don't get the extra.

Add money from your member page: pay by UPI, then enter your UPI transaction ID. The money appears in your wallet once the hall confirms it has arrived. Your frames are paid from the wallet automatically.

Members can book a table online during the booking hours the hall sets, usually quieter weekday mornings. Booked frames get a discount: 20% if your wallet has money in it, 15% otherwise. The discount is applied when your frame ends. You can cancel from your page up to a couple of hours before. Evenings and weekends are walk-in.

Visitors to our website only see whether a table is free or in play, and the monthly ranking by first name. Your number, balance and history are visible only to you and the hall. Your account can't be deleted, and only the hall can change your name or number.

No. It works on the phones and laptop you already have. Staff use it in a normal web browser.

Every start, stop, discount, payment and change is recorded with who did it and when, and nothing can be deleted. Staff discounts have a limit you set, and only the owner can change rates, approve wallet money, edit players or void a frame.
